No matter when you arrive they are short staffed orstanding around chatting while the customers waits for noreason while they push they tray back and forth!

I’ve donated atCSL Plasma aswell. Wish the company would switch from the tubes/needles they use currently. CSL has one where the need retract into the tube, keeping the line straight the entire time. The one used here feel iffy and easy tomove side-to-side.
